Director of Ministries

Nick Mullis

Nick was born and raised in Lawrence County – part of the massive Mullis Clan. He has a passion to serve his community and make a lasting impact in the lives of young people. 

He also has a vision for ministering to youth workers. Knowing that at times youth work can be draining he desires to provide encouragement and support for those in the trenches with our teenagers.

Middle School Director

Dave Adams

Dave originally hails from the flat lands of Alexandria, Indiana, so he is very familiar with small town life.  He and his wife Trisha moved to the beautiful Hoosier hills of Lawrence County in 1994, where he served as the youth minister for Bedford First Baptist Church for over 18 years . In 2014, God added a really cool twist to his journey and it led to him to joining our staff in this pioneering role.

Dave brings with him over 30 years of youth ministry experience, the experience of raising two teenagers himself, and a passion for lost and hurting young people. He also shares a heart for encouraging youth workers around our county. 

Director of Ministries | Mitchell

Daniel Lee

While Daniel and his wife Katelyn are originally from Tennessee, they have called Mitchell, IN, "home" since 2014. Daniel previously served as the youth minister and worship leader for the Mitchell Church of Christ. As the newest member of the team he will focus on reaching students in the Mitchell community.

Daniel’s desire in ministry is to make lifelong disciples of Jesus, to build up and support his fellow ministers, and to promote unity among the believers across denominational lines.
